Gardening Services

Simple gardening services are charged at a flat rate of £20/hour.

This includes:

• Lawn mowing – keeping grass short throughout the summer requires regular cutting. An arrangement for a visit every 2-3 weeks can be made.

• Weeding – Flower beds, paths, patios, and even decking can all get choked up with weeds. Pulling them up manually is normally the best and most eco-friendly way of dealing with this, and often doesn’t take very long.

• Pruning – Many plants benefit from an annual prune, keeping them healthy and looking their best. This can also help with keeping the plants from growing over paths and getting too big for the space.

• Light hedge trimming – smaller hedges and shrubs can be trimmed back to keep them looking tidy. (See Tree Services for larger hedges and hedge works)

• Planting – Tucking plants into flower beds and borders. Shrub and tree planting is also available. (N.b.: plants will need to be provided by you).

• Tidying – Clearing away leaves, sticks, apples, or any other garden organic matter. Keeping areas of your garden looking clear and neat.
